Pelletier Estate Farmhouse, Paso Robles

The Pelletiere Estate Farmhouse is located down a lovely back country road, in the hills of the Willow Creek District. This is right in the heart of the Paso Robles revered Westside wine area. It also just happens to be situated conveniently right next to the tasting room for that perfect tasting of their fine Italian wines, but also in the middle of the Pelletiere Estate Vineyards.

On what was one of the stormiest weekends of the year in Paso Robles we were lucky enough to be guests of Janis Denner proprietor of Pelletier Estate staying at this beautiful accommodation.

We often find ourselves traveling in winter and have never hesitated, so a potentially stormy winter weekend in Paso was not about to slow us down.

Traveling in the winter has some really good benefits. One of the benefits of traveling during the off season in Paso Robles is that because there fewer tourists around, the locals are even friendlier and have more time for casual chatting. At the Farmhouse there is also the magic of enjoying looking out through the big widows with a glass of wine on a stormy day from the warm comfort of the luxury accommodation. Something we find soul soothing...

The Pelletier Estate Farmhouse is a wonderfully appointed place to stay. There is room for two couples and a single friend (or designated driver) with a master suite upstairs and a cozy double bedroom downstairs and a single bed also downstairs. These rooms have premium linens and comfy robes among other lovely touches.

The kitchen is all ready to go if cooking is your thing and a dinning room for six.

The comfortable living room has a flat screen TV and both the dining room and living room have big beautiful double glass doors for spectacular vineyard views. For us we enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the rain storm and later in the day, the ebbing light of day to dusk, prior to heading out for dinner in Paso Robles.

Being able to relax with a slow paced wake up in the morning and walk the 100 feet to a personal tasting of the lovely wines of Pelletier Estate wines with Janis Denner was simply icing on a magnificent cake!

While there are some lovely places to stay in Paso Robles, staying in the vineyards at a winery is hard to beat. The Pelletier Estate Farmhouse is the perfect place to base yourself to experience the west-side wineries of Paso Robles. With its great deck to be enjoyed in the warmer weather, perfect location and comfortable setting, it is simply brilliant for enjoying a glass or two with family and friends in a beautiful setting. We suggest the Pelletier Estate Farmhouse as a "must stay " place in Paso Robles wine country!
